Beeps provide an innovative new method of having total support on all your
hardware equipment, without a time frame and without an individual cost on all items of equipment you need cover on.
In most cases a maintenance contract is costed on each individual piece of
hardware, how old, how reliable determines how expensive the cover is. If
however within the annual contract, the machine happens to be totally
reliable, and you never needed an engineer called out, your annual contract proves to be very expensive.. The new contract will probably then be a
little more expensive as the machine is another year older.
Beeps provide a contract based on hours, on all machines, not individual
equipment,(subject to sight of itinery), and the hours can then be used on
equipment that is faulty, not on reliable machinery, though they also have
total cover.
The hours do not have to be used within the year, they roll on and on, until
they are required, and we then invoice the next batch of hours, when used
up.
The savings you will find can be dramatic!!! If you have totally reliable
machines, you will have total cover on all your
hardware, and the cost each year would show as nothing.
The hourly contract does not include parts.
We have ten engineers, who are qualified for the maintenance of all faxes,
copiers, computers, laptops and printers, along with servers and all other IT Hardware.
We can offer a range of response times, from four hours to following day. If
you have a round the clock organisation, this can be organised for you as well.
If a certain piece of equipment cannot be fixed on site, a loan machine,
compatible to what you currently have, will be made available, if
applicable.
Any other inclusions you would require, please let us know, and we will do
what we can to accomodate this.
